Mmm...
I wish I could wake up in a cell with that hot guy. His pinkness sends a tingle down to my special area.
In other words, great. I loved it. <3
Divine! Divine I say!
Dead_Star:
The greatness! I've been blinded by the supremacy of this short movie. It instantly made me vote 5 and then close the movie because there was no meaning watching the others. Simply because they couldn't stand a chance against this perfection of the Art of Flash.
It's good.
But not weird enough. Ep 1, 2 and 3 were much better than this one imho. I don't know if it's me, that I've gotten used to be shocked, or if it's you, that you've given Mr. Salad Fingers too much of a personality and made him more normal... What I've liked about this series is how he doesn't seem to understand things. Such as Bordois in this episode. For some reason I just think it's become too human.
I hope you read this review and I hope you take my opinions into consideration when making #5.
Wtf?
You just blew a hole in Norrland! Ah well, nobody lives there but reindeers =P. And why is everyone so happy about them attacking Sweden?
It's all wrong...
Oh god, take away the robots. This could go somewhere if it just involved humans. I can't take it... Robots... Sonic... It just isn't right. Sorry. I hate it. When I searched for Eternal Darkness I expected something close to the game, but this... It's an abomination.
Oh, the ROBOTS. Well, sorry to make you feel stupid, but the midget dude... He ain't a robot. You see, he's like the Pious of the picture. He's got this talking thing where he has this eerie echo to it. Understandable if you thought it was a robot.
Moreover, if you don't like the robot, too bad. He factors too much into the plot later on.
Let's face it: There is NOTHING Eternal Darkness related on the portal. I put up something I think would be a neat outlook to it, and you guys all think it's crap.
Bunch of JERKS...
If you don't like it, okay then. I'm glad you justified it better than some people who just list unproven facts. Maybe a human or two won't hurt. So thanks for your review, Asvegren.
I can't say I liked it
More than the theme. Eternal Darkness is in my opinion one of the best games ever made (I've played through it three times to unlock everything). I haven't watched ep.1 of this yet, but the way I see this I couldn't have told it was about ED if you hadn't written it everywhere. There were robots (at least I think so) for crying out loud! The charm in ED is the sanity effects, and that's what I think you should focus on. Make it psychological and don't go too far away from the original concept and story (which by far exceeded the stories of other games). If you'd listen to me I'll most likely give 5's to future episodes, but as it is now it's a 2 or 3. Mainly for the theme you picked. Other than that, graphics were average, perhaps a little better than that. As the robots, the music didn't fit at all.
Good luck, now I'll go watch ep. 1.
Note: I replied to your ED-HR 1 review first. Sorry if this seems weird.
Like I said, most of those aren't even robots. The only one who IS a robot is the Shadow lookalike acting like Shinobi or something. Oh, and that one robot thing, but he isn't in the story anymore.
And toys with the brain, eh? Those Sanity Effects really were quite a mind bender. While working on ED-HR 2, in fact, I managed to work on some mind tampering. It's like some kinda connection...
So thanks for reviewing both my movies and justifying why you gave it a low score! Hope you enjoy the next episode.
Wickedly awsome style
I tell you, I love FBF. And you pulled this off really good. I've tried this style before and I know - it's really hard.
Yes :D
So true, so true...
